AI-augmented software delivery · South Africa

Tell us the problem.
We build the fix.

PUSH AI solves business problems with software — real production systems that run your operations, for any business that could never afford an agency build. AI does the heavy lifting; a senior delivery lead reviews every change before it goes live.

What we build

Start with the problem
costing you the most hours.

Whether you make, sell, move, serve or advise, it usually looks the same: work tracked on WhatsApp, quotes and bookings in spreadsheets, the owner as the bottleneck. We fix one process end to end — scoped in writing, delivered on a date we name — and build it so the next one plugs in.

001

Quotes & proposals

Built from your price list or rate card, sent from the system, and tracked — sent, viewed, accepted, expired. No more "which version did we send?"

002

Work tracking

Every job, case, order or project on one board from start to invoiced. Who's on it, what's due, what's waiting on someone else. Updated from a phone, wherever the work is.

003

Bookings & scheduling

Appointments, call-outs, deliveries and team capacity in one calendar, with reminders sent over WhatsApp so fewer people don't show up.

004

Enquiries & leads

Every enquiry from your website, WhatsApp, phone or social media, logged with where it came from and who followed up — so you know which marketing actually brings in work.

005

Customers & documents

One history per customer or client: quotes, work done, invoices, notes, signed documents. Not scattered across three phones and a shared drive.

006

Reports & dashboards

Sales, margin, overdue invoices, repeat customers — the numbers an owner needs, from the system itself, not retyped into a spreadsheet on Sunday night.

Also in scope: stock and orders, online stores, client portals, approval workflows, and links to the accounting package you already use. If it runs your business on spreadsheets and WhatsApp today, it's something we build — in any industry.

Proof, not promises

Live in real businesses today.

Not prototypes. Not slideware. The first builds happen to be in fabrication, automotive and retail; the method is the same for a clinic, an agency, a logistics firm or a law practice. Client names are withheld until each has signed off on being named; the systems and outcomes are real, and walkthroughs are available on request.

Sower — sow once, grow everywhere

Our own platform. Write a post once — a new product, a special, a job done — and Sower publishes it to every channel a business runs, from one screen, under the business's own accounts. Facebook and Instagram are live today, photos and video; each platform reports back on its own, so a failed post never hides behind a green tick. TikTok, WhatsApp broadcasts and your website feed are next.

How PUSH AI builds

Speed is cheap now.
Discipline is the product.

Every agency now says it uses AI. Google's 2025 study of nearly 5 000 software teams found AI makes them ship faster — and break more. "AI doesn't fix a team; it amplifies what's already there." So the method matters more than the tool. Ours has four steps, and you can see where you are in every one of them.

01

Scope

A free 90-minute conversation about where your week goes. We write down, in plain language, what the system must do — your words, not ours — with a price and a date. It's yours to keep, whether or not you build with us.

02

Build

We build in short rounds of about two weeks. Before each round you approve exactly what it will deliver; at the end you see it working. AI writes most of the code; a person reads every change before it goes anywhere near your live system.

03

Verify

"It works on my screen" doesn't count. We check the real data, on the real system, with your people using it, before anything is called done — and we show you the evidence.

04

Hand over

Live on the date we named, with your team trained on it. The code, the logins and the documentation are yours — no lock-in. And because the system records what happens from day one, the next thing you need builds on top, not from scratch.

The founder

Who PUSH AI is.

PUSH AI is an AI-augmented software delivery practice founded and run by Len Klopper — twenty-plus years of IT project management and Scrum Master work across banking, insurance, telecoms and retail, now applied to a new model: senior delivery discipline steering AI development tooling. Based in South Africa, building for SMEs in any industry, across South Africa and Africa.

It's senior-led by design. The person who scopes your system is the person who gates every change before it goes live, and answers the phone afterwards. No account managers, no hand-offs, no one to chase. And every build is machine-learning first: it records what happened, when, and how it turned out from day one, so your system is AI-ready the moment you want it to be — without a rebuild.

The name is the founder's story: PUSH — Pray Until Something Happens. Proverbs 16:3 — commit the work, and the plans are established.

2000s

Delivery management

Project management and Scrum Master roles on corporate systems in banking, insurance, telecoms and retail — the discipline that now sits on every review gate.

PUSH AI

AI-augmented development for SMEs: an operations system for a fabrication business, a dealership platform, an online store, a content-distribution platform — the first of many industries.

Every build, every time

Six promises. No exceptions.

< You approve before we build />

Before each build round, you sign off — in your own words — exactly what it will deliver and what "done" looks like. No developer shorthand, no surprises.

< Nothing reaches production unread />

Every change is reviewed by a human before it goes near your live system, and we stop and show you our work at set points along the way.

< Verified, never assumed />

A success message isn't evidence. Database, deployed version, real data — checked before anything is called done.

< Machine Learning first />

From the first release your system records what happened, when, and how it turned out — the clean, structured data machine learning runs on. So when you're ready for forecasting, automation or an AI assistant that knows your business, it plugs in on top. No rebuild, no starting over.

< We name the date, then keep it />

Dates come from real engineering capacity, not sales pressure. Once a date is confirmed to you, it holds.

< You own everything />

Code, repository, credentials, handover documentation. No lock-in — walk away with all of it at any point.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions.

What do you actually build?

Real production systems that solve a business problem: operations and work tracking, quoting, stock, bookings, enquiry capture, customer records, online stores, client portals, reporting. Any industry — workshops, dealerships, retail, clinics, agencies, logistics, professional services. The first build is the one costing you the most hours, delivered end to end, with the logging in place so the next one plugs in without a rewrite.

What does it cost?

It's scoped and priced in writing in the free session, before anything is built — so you know the number up front. Because the build is AI-augmented and there's no agency overhead to carry, PUSH AI comes in 20–30% below traditional agency pricing, with faster delivery.

How long does it take?

First builds are scoped small enough to ship in weeks, not quarters. The date comes from real engineering capacity, not sales pressure — and once it's confirmed to you, it's kept.

Who actually does the work?

A small, senior-led practice. Len scopes your system, gates every change before it goes live, and answers the phone afterwards. AI development tooling does the heavy lifting under that gate — no account manager between you and the person accountable for the build.

Do I own what you build?

Everything. Code, repository, credentials and handover documentation are yours. If we part ways, you take all of it with you.

You use AI to build it — is that safe?

AI does the heavy lifting. A delivery lead with twenty years behind him reviews every change before it reaches your live system, and nothing is called done until the database and real data say so. "Done means done, verified with evidence." Speed from the AI, safety from the gate.

What about load-shedding and patchy signal?

Systems are built to keep working on a phone with unreliable signal, to notify your team over WhatsApp, and to run on hosting chosen for reliability rather than fashion.
